Hi! Ostello Milano

We stayed at a hostel near Malpensa airport, which was very convenient for our early morning flight. It was also close to Lampugnano station, so getting around the city was easy, thanks to the metro. While the neighborhood may not have been thriving, we felt safe during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with individual keys for added security. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed playing games in the communal areas and had a homey atmosphere throughout our stay.

There were some issues with the showers barely working and the toilets often running out of toilet paper.

The staff were fantastic, always helpful and polite. They deserve promotions/raises for sure.

The location of the hostel is a major plus as it is conveniently situated next to the bus station. As a first-time visitor to Milan, this made it easy for me to navigate and travel around the city. The staff at Hi! Ostello Milano were helpful and accommodating, going so far as to wait for my late arrival and even upgrading my room. They made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hostel also has a lovely garden with bales outside, perfect for relaxing. The reception area was nice and the bus to Malpensa Airport is conveniently close by. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I found Hi! Ostello Milano to be a good choice for my trip.

Great location near Lampugnano bus terminal and easily accessible via QT8 or Lotto metro. Option to walk or catch a bus to the airport from nearby Piazza San Lorenzo. Receptionist was exceptionally kind, even upgraded my room and arranged for someone to help with my luggage. a lovely stay.

This hotel is located near a metro station which enables smooth communication with the city centre. The convenient location makes it easy to explore the city and get around. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and were always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Moreover, the rooms at this hotel were spacious and comfortable. With many beds available, it's perfect for groups or families traveling together. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. It provided a great start to the day with a variety of options to choose from.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was just right next to the bus station and close to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with daily cleaning of the common areas. The facilities were also great, with a spacious common area, TV, and a kitchen with a fridge for storing food. this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay in this city.

Nothing not too like.

The hostel was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around. I enjoyed the vibrant and youthful atmosphere of the hostel, perfect for meeting fellow travelers.

The showers were consistently cold and had poor water pressure, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. The beds in my room had dirty sheets, and the staff did not promptly address the issue or provide clean ones.

Friendly staff, clean common areas, convenient location near metro and bus station, comfortable beds and clean sheets, TV and books in common area, snacks and coffee available.
